Shipping policy

We are pleased to offer free shipping for qualified online orders with a subtotal (i.e. cost before taxes and shipping charges are applied) over $100 to residents of Canada. Free shipping will automatically apply to your shopping cart when you check out for qualifying orders. Unfortunately, due to high shipping costs, orders from outside Canada are excluded from this promotion. This free shipping promotion cannot be combined with any other coupons, discounts, gift certificate/card or promotions. This offer applies only to regular online purchases and to standard shipping. Custom orders are excluded and do not qualify for free shipping. We reserve the right to revoke this promotion at any time.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Canada: 3 to 10 business days

USA: Due to the US President’s Executive Order suspending the duty-free De Minimis treatment for all countries, shipping to the USA is on hold.

International: We currently do not ship internationally.

 

LOCAL PICK UP/DELIVERY

We are happy to deliver your order at no cost to you if delivery is within 5 km of Bradford, ON. Select "Ship", then "Local Delivery" at checkout. Should you wish to pick up your order in Bradford, please select "Pick Up" and reach out to us by email at hello@botaneca.com to coordinate a date, time and location for pick up. Pick up of your order is at your expense (i.e. you will not be reimbursed for fuel costs, transit costs, etc.).

 

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders received between Monday and Friday are processed within one to three business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Orders received during the weekend or on a holiday are processed by 4PM on the third business day following the weekend or holiday.

 

CUSTOMS & TAXES

We currently do not ship internationally and US shipping is temporarily on hold. When international and US shipping resumes, customs charges and taxes may apply. Please contact your local customs authority to find out if any additional import fees or taxes will be charged. Botaneca is not responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with the shipment.
