Items can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of the parcel. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Items must be returned unopened/unused and in the same condition that you received them and must also be in their original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned for exchange or refund:

- All sale items are final sale

- All items that have been opened or taken out of their original packaging (including shrink wrap)

- Any items that were used

- Items returned after 14 days

- Free gifts or promotional items

- Gift cards

We reserve the right to not accept an item for return that we deem as not in its original condition.

The customer is responsible for returning the item(s). We will not be liable for any lost packages or packages that arrive late due to shipping problems that arise with our couriers, war, terrorist acts, or acts of nature such as earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, snow storms, etc.

The customer is responsible for any associated fees that go along with returning the parcel such as customs, brokerage and import fees. We do not refund shipping charges and customs/brokerage/import fees. No credit is given for lost return packages and non-returnable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account.
